Caroline's Tenth Birthday

Happy Birthday Caroline!!!  We took the kids to Williamsburg, Virginia this summer and had a ball.  Looks like Caroline had a good time too!  Our challenge this week is "Distress it All" and here is my entry.  A birthday card for our sweet granddaughter Caroline.

"C" stands for Caroline!

Now the inside........

On the left hand side, you can pull out the birthday greeting.

The reverse side......

On the right hand side there is some money tucked under the paper bag flap and a neat little picture album entitled "Fun with Nanny and Grampa Art".

The little album......

The very back of the card.....

The End!!!

Please visit my good friends....
Christina
Danielle
Rene
Cathy Lynn

As they play Inventory Challenge #48 - The game is on!

Thank you for your visit and I so appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment....Sandy

OMG Sandy, I guess I'm gonna take some time off from crafting too,; just to come back with such amazing ideas, as you do. Your little Caroline is such a lucky girl to have you making for her such beautiful work of art. I bet she first found the money:)) but then she surely sat and admired every little detail. This kind of card reminds me of a wallet with so many pockets in which wonderful things could hide... (lol, I'm thinking of my hubby's wallet:))).
Love how you imagined the tags, the sentiments and that photo album is soooo sweet! You are an artist Sandy, evry little detail of this paper bag card cries that out loud. And how wonderfully signed by Nanny:) Truly delightful work, my dear, Caroline will cherish it forever!
PS Love your fair-haired family:)
Have a happy Sunday sweetie!
Hugs, Iulia

Love the entire project.
